Bio

Martina and the Moons are a Dublin-based all-female four-piece bringing fresh energy to Ireland's alternative music scene. Blending shoegaze textures with alt-rock influences, the band have quickly established themselves as one of the most exciting new acts to emerge from Dublin.

Fronted by Scotland-born, Spanish-raised Martina Moon, the band's music combines powerful guitar-driven melodies with honest songwriting, creating songs that capture both the intensity of their live performances and the emotion behind every lyric.

Drawing inspiration from Britpop favourites such as Elastica, Catatonia and Blur, alongside legendary songwriters including Paul Simon, Carole King and Joni Mitchell, Martina and the Moons have developed a distinctive sound that feels both familiar and refreshingly original.
